Having recently been cared for by you for a while after having fractured my pelvis, I would like to express my gratitude for the excellent care.

Every carer I had was kind, efficient, caring and offering help at every opportunity. It made my life so much “easier”.

Never having been in any situation before when I needed help, I had no idea what to expect, so I was certainly not disappointed.

The regular testing of fire alarms, careline alarms and weight check etc. You obviously leave “no stones unturned” most impressive.

I can only say how lucky I was to have your company.

I would recommend you to anyone.

But what I still miss are the cheery faces everyday with their “Hello, how are you today?
